Every Next Gen Vibez piece is made to order, just for you. Here's how it gets from our production floor to your door.
Production Time
Because your design is created from scratch, we need 1 to 2 business days to produce it before it ships. This is separate from the delivery times below. Your total delivery time is production time plus shipping time.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and a range of other countries. You'll see the shipping options available to your address, in your local currency, at checkout.

Shipping is calculated by weight and shown at checkout in your local currency.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the day your order is dispatched, not the day it's placed.
Tracking
Every order is tracked, no exceptions. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow it in real time. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
(See flag below before publishing this section.) All prices include duties and import taxes. What you see at checkout is what you pay, with no surprise fees at your door, ever.
Order Changes & Address Errors
Because we start production quickly, we can only change your design or shipping address within 24 hours of ordering. Get in touch at hello@nextgenvibez.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided at checkout, we may need to charge a reshipping fee.
Delayed, Lost or Damaged Orders
If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@nextgenvibez.com with your order number and, for damage, a quick photo. We'll sort it, replacement or refund, whichever makes it right.
