Do I need any design skills?
Not at all. Upload a photo and the Design Studio does the creative work. You simply choose a style and make any final tweaks.
What if I don't like the first design?
You are not locked into the first result. Explore different styles and options until you create something that feels right. Nothing is printed until you choose your design and place your order.
Can I see the design before I order?
Yes. You can preview your finished design on the product before deciding whether to buy, so there is no need to order blindly.
Will the printed product match the preview?
Your approved design, layout and placement are used for production. Colors and textures may appear slightly different across screens and printed materials, but the preview gives you a clear representation of what you will receive.
How can I be confident in the quality?
We have been creating personalized artwork since 2020 and have produced thousands of designs. Each product is printed using the method best suited to it.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or misprinted, we will replace it.
What kind of photo should I use?
Clear, well-lit photos with the face and important features visible usually work best. Avoid photos that are very dark, blurry or heavily cropped.
You can upload your photo and view the result before deciding whether to order.
That said, we are proud of what the Design Studio can do with less than perfect photos. A missing ear, a paw out of frame or a little blur is often no problem at all, so try the photo you love most before ruling it out.
Is it just for dogs?
No. Cats, other pets, people and families work beautifully too.
I'm buying it as a gift. What if they don't like the style?
Consider the recipient's personality, home and usual taste. More natural or timeless styles are often a safer choice, while wonderfully quirky designs suit someone who prefers something more playful.
