Returns and Refunds Policy

Custom Orders Are Final Sale

Every piece we create is made to order and personalized specifically for you. For that reason, all custom artwork orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind once the order is placed. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed your design details and that production begins right away.

We strongly encourage you to double-check all artwork specifications, dimensions, colors, and personalization details before you submit your order. If you spot an error in your submission, contact us at hello@nextgenvibez.com as soon as possible. We can only make changes before production begins.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We stand behind the quality of our work, and a quality problem is always our responsibility. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us at hello@nextgenvibez.com within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The printed artwork does not match the design you approved
  • You received the wrong item

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will review your claim and make it right with a replacement or store credit. We may ask you to return the item before we send a replacement. This applies to both custom and non-custom items.

Returns for Non-Custom Items

For any non-custom items in our catalog, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any reason. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • All original tags must be intact
  • You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at hello@nextgenvibez.com. Please do not send items back before you receive authorization, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind:

  • Custom, personalized, or made to order artwork (every order placed through our design process)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, which are covered above.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges on custom items. If an exchange applies to a non-custom item, please start a return and place a new order separately once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Custom and personalized items are exempt from this right under EU consumer law. For eligible non-custom items, the item must be returned unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will let you know the outcome. If approved, your refund goes to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to post the amount.

If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, contact us at hello@nextgenvibez.com.
